FAQ
Common questions about the vehicle valuation
Still have questions? Just give us a call - we will be happy to advise you, free of obligation.
What documents do I need for a valuation report?
Vehicle registration document, existing invoices and records (restoration, maintenance, modifications) and, if available, previous reports. The more complete the history, the more precise the valuation.
How long is a valuation report valid?
Insurers generally accept valuation reports for 2 years, sometimes longer for classic cars. After major modifications or restorations, an update is recommended.
Is a valuation report worthwhile for an ordinary used car too?
Yes - for example before a private sale, at the end of a lease or in a dispute. A neutral proof of value considerably strengthens your negotiating position.
